How to create a Private Ribbon in 3 easy steps:
Step 1 / Email us your club logo in a PDF format
Step 2 / we then create a rendering of what your logo ribbon will look like
Step 3 / once approved we will send the rendering to the mill and create a sample yard to send to you by mail
Step 4 / when the sample yard is approved you will then place the order for your ribbon
Frequently asked questions:
How much will the ribbon cost and how much do I have to buy?
The minimum is 500 yards and the cost may vary. For instance, if your club logo is simple w/ not too many colors, the mill will weave be able to weave a Twill Ribbon @ $425.00 for 500 yards. If your logo is more complex and/or has many colors, the mill will weave a Damask Ribbon at the cost of $750.00 for 500 yards.
What is the yield of my ribbon?
One Tab and Buckle Belt will need approximately 1 yard of ribbon….that’s a lot of belts.
What else can I make w/ my ribbon?
The list is long…various styles of belts, key fobs, sandals, dog collars and leads. You will also be able to trim a variety of canvas bags and hats.
Where does the ribbon get stored and how do I order?
The ribbon is kept at our factory and you may place orders over the phone or via email.
What if I want some of my ribbon for club décor, etc.?
Just ring us at the factory or shoot us an email and we will mail some out to you. Please note that your club will incur a shipping charge.
